What would you want in a small (2-3 van) shop?

I have, and do the same.. What do you think you will gain from a physical location? If you think it's legitimacy, not true.. Hell, this was an old thread, been thinking ever since.. Thank you for that!!

What are commercial rents in your area? Run your numbers renting larger may make sense.
Also small commercial tenants are doing exactly what the guys above are doing...building in their back yards avoiding permits and hassles, handicap bathrooms, parking and so-on and so-on and so-on!
