The guy with the debt is most likely to work to pay it back. The pushy girlfriend is going to frustrate the other guy. You are who you are, someone yapping at you isn't going to motivate you.

lol

That's how we operate, we get the best we can for as long as we can. Like them, we are also always looking to upgrade if the opportunity arises.

Don't look for the lifers, those will be far and few between. Look for the ones that will do a great job while you have them.

"Make sure the one with the GF is not on the phone all day...." well said Jimmy.

When guys are dating (or married to) a "Texting Vampire" that sucks every minute out of his life while he's working and driving, you have a big problem. There is no way you can keep a guy like that...he's going to either wreck your truck, screw up a job, or at best tick off a customer watching him do that all day.

I've employed a lot of people during the past 30+ years, and family people have worked out well. Debt or no debt, family men and women make for good employees. At least that's been my experience. A family person is usually stable enough to connect the dots. Only one of my current employees is single.

As your mentor Marty I am disappointed in that I didn't teach you well. You are supposed to guide and nurture young men so they become REAL men.And to listen to their sexual conquests and to relive your younger years.

ASSHOLE!
