I've been using this butler for last 3 years, haven't changed or upgraded anything. I'm new to this forum and wondering if anyone has some input and experience with maximizing my Butler Truckmount. Thanks

@Mark Saiger fill him in after your hangover subsides, please

I wish I could claim hungover.

Was more the take care of grandchildren, transfer people around, dig in the pocket.... Make sure everyone was safe guy.

By the way... Did you know you could drive for miles without a Dodge Durango Key Fob? As long as you don't shut it off... It will go until you drop off the wife and grwmdbaby, let everyone's dog out, drive back to the hotel, talk to all the young people some more, wait for you to write a check for the DJ.... BUT THE MOMENT YOU SHUT IT OFF AND GO TO LOCK THE DOOR WITH YOUR DODGE TRUCK KEY FOB is the moment you discover..... It needs the key fob to start and take you home. Try getting a taxi in this town at 1 am so you can get home, grab the key fob and bring the Durango home again.... Now have to go let out all the dogs again... I will be back!

There is nothing special about my Butlers except the Y splitter I thought about in 2008.

Butler now makes a really clean set up for this so you can have the convience of run a live hose reel (with never leaving any hose on the reel) or just take off what you need and plug into the y splitter... Plug off the rest on the reel.

Also we have the larger blower and high heat.

Your vac release is important it is tuned to 15-16 hg and clean waste filters.

Keep the plumbing clean also with occasional descaling.

It's all about keeping it in good basic running shape.

We also run the 2.5 hose and the 2.5 inch hose reel. We carry 100 feet of 2.5 on the reel and carry in a section of 2 inch (or more if needed)

A Saigerized edition could also have a regular 2 inch hose reel and get performance but our 2.5 I feel really can give some more advantage.
