What's the deal with zero rez?

Zero Rez is a company that spends a whole lot of money in advertising in my area.They are not in my town yet but I'm sure they are coming. How is their cleaning process different? Is it a viable new system?

They are a marketing company that sells carpet cleaning. Do a search it has been discussed over and over just search zerorez

I heard from another cleaner that our local zerorez franchise went out of business.

probably the tuff economy and too many $9 per room cleaners had something to do w/ it.
