What's the going rate for vinyl cleaning?

just curious if I'm charging enough. I need the price for cleaning without waxing of vinyl floors 1st. Most not waxed we run into.

Strip if needed sq ft price?
Wax if needed sq ft pricing?

Are you talking about VCT or like a linoleum vinyl ?

Both would be nice. A price for each. I'm building a new pricing structure and want to include these!

Brand new VCT, just stripping the factory coat around .45 a SF
Old VCT (include 2 coats of wax) .67 a SF

Linoleum .69 a SF include a coat of wax. Usually only one coat is needed to really make it shine, but you can apply more coats if you wish.

The going rate is whatever you can get for it. I did a kitchen and laundry room yesterday with 1 room of carpet. He said they couldn't get it clean for nothing so I sprayed my carpet prespray on it and hit it with the turbo. 200 ft at $.50. $100 for 20 minutes work.
