Or
A cleaner who charges a ton and does Ok work?
Good question.
The first guy helps the customer but hurts himself because eventually he will go out of business because he is not making a profit. You know he wouldn't be able to afford the good life of Menudos, golf and skiing.
The second guy hurts the industry because the customer figures that if this is the best she can get from a professional she may not call for cleaning again. He also hurts himself by not getting referrals which means he has to continually market for new customers which is more costly.
