Four referrals this week. I seek them like a crackhead seeks crack.

Other than that face to face with people that will send steady work my way.

That's awesome. Are you growing as a company from it or pretty happy where you are?

A snowball effect would seem to be the way to describe what I am asking.

I have been happy with the direction it has been going for a long time....we grow more and more every week...slow and steady ..which is what I want it to do...

The web has been very good this year.(Usually #1 for maps and website)

But, I still get most of my new clients by targeting the groups and other places where my clients congregate.

They send me great clients that become instant friends for no effort or money on my part.

Referrals and repeats are really nice to have...and fairly easy to get if you just try to remember the customer's needs.
Along with cleaning, you have to educate, explain and listen...all with some level of caring...even a little caring goes a long way.

My Techs know that when they do a great job and really please the customer, it's helps them get more business as well. They also know the tickets are highers on referrals and repeats.

They get to do the referrals from their customers and they are also the ones to do the repeats. I like sending the same guy because it make the customer feel at "home".

Ironically, the repeats and referrals more than pay for any advertising money I am spending.
