Not much color to worry about, sturdy construction, maybe shrinking a bit?

Mike I assume you already know that it is a DHURI RUG ......

If it is not full of urine......I would NOT pit clean....

You can acheive very good results...just steam cleaning.
They are such a tight weave that if you don't block...they will warp & curl during the
drying phase.. "Remember DUSTYS trick"

A REAL rug PRO will show-up in a minute...surley..

Lordy, my Vort-ex is almost like pittwashing when their this thin.

I'll turn the pressure way down and use a 10 footer of 2.5 right to the wand

YES

But not often

Rarely but every once in awhile stencil bleeding
Shrinkage of the side cording is common and & side cording wear becomes more noticeable traffic Wear becomes much more apparent after cleaning with high traffic/ heavily soiled ones

by the way it looks faded to me on one side.

Mikey how are you drying your rugs after pitting them? Drip Dry? Vortex? Wringer? ....etc.. You can pit or clean the hell our of them if they are a nice dhurrie, but once you got it clean, get it dry quickly. You may even consider sticking these after extraction, out in the sun for a little bit if you can. Otherwise watch what Randy said.

I think these rugs are mostly cotton. I pre treat with Trashed green (O2). Use a glided Roto-vac if they are really heavily soiled. Not hard to clean, hole glide is great. If you clean both sides then hang over a rail to dry. Really old spill spots can be difficult but will look much better. CB
