When you are on the road and wondering how the guys are doing holding down the business

Even though I am on the road for Saiger's Sauce cleaning products... You wonder how things are going and are the clients getting that TLC.

Son in law Aron Jewett and our cleaning specialist Brady Kingsley apparently still knocking it out of the park...

This was paint removal yesterday which then left a very noticeable clean spot, so they knocked out the entire room with one of our Zipper Wands.

This was an add on job to their already jam packed cleaning day.

They have been busting tail and the phone ringing like crazy!

I'm heading to St Louis MO today.

We are even working Saturday and possibly Sunday for big commercial jobs (yeah I'm running a van too before heading out to Atlanta Monday )

They do to a point...but the crappy weather around here is always dragging in dirt and debris.

Its 44 degrees...wet and cold again....and frustrating...and the grass looks like hell in my yard too....

Salt burned in some areas needing to plow and push the snow over it...patches of high and low.

Will have to call the lawn mowing guy this week...I have no time to do it....

Today a meeting with a couple of contractors to lift a garage at Aron's to put a new foundation under it and lift it 2 cement blocks high during the remodel.

Time to start planning a move and needing the extra room....We are moving half the business into Aron's shop and making plans as they inherit it....

I don't think he would have a problem with it....but he is also able to clean pretty well on his own for being with us since beginning of March.

Pretty smart young man actually.

Easy going and funny too... Good sense of humor.

....nor will cash take the place of missing respect in the long term.

If you send out workers you don't respect you are showing your customers a lack of respect, and it will come back to hurt your business.

If you can't find respect for your workers fire them before your customers fire YOU.

Today they head out to do a large resort. Wall to wall cleaning of all carpets... Move or get under everything really.

I have 1.5 days scheduled for it but usually Aron and myself could do in a day and be done early afternoon.

We don't want Brady to rush his work yet. Just stay smooth and clean well. Speed will come as the skills develop more.

I bet they finish the place today but we want quality work.

I am packing my clothes right now to fly out to Atlanta for the week... The schedule is swamped!

I get back Friday and all three vans will be out....
