You know... You walk in and your heart skips a beat because this is going to take 2 FLIPPING hours longer than expected.

This sweetheart was yesterday,"oh how funny - my dog just did this before you came"...

Yea??? Did he "f" up the rest of this place, also?

Last job til Tuesday! This is great, can't wait... Then this. Still moving out at appt. time. Haven't vacuumed in months. Old lady never let the dog out.

Tried really hard to talk him out of cleaning(replacement)... "Well, lets try anyways".:hopeless: Noooooooooooo!

I just wrapped up my last job for this week... Where the house was supposedly empty. Except it wasn't and I had to move furniture out of the way.

I also needed to pressure wash a small concrete patio because of some stains that miraculously appeared and no one knows what they are. I couldn't wash them off by the way...

And then my lead pressure hose blew up...luckily just outside the door....

Then my vac hose somehow made scuff marks in the stairwell.... Of course they just painted the walls...

Yeah I'm glad to be done with this last job.

Last job of the day yesterday, I get there right on time and there's nobody home. It's an empty house so I figure I'll give them a few minutes. 10 min. goes by so I call the phone number I was given. Lady says, "isn't the property manager there to let you in?" I say no. She says, "I thought he would be there" I asked if she told him that and she says that she just assumed that. I have to spend another 40 minutes getting the key from the property manager, double check who is paying me, the tenant is. They show up when I am about halfway done to pay me. I guess you have to explain that telepathy is myth.

Sorry bro, but i would've at least demanded a pad replacement if they wanted to keep the carpet

Unfortunately not really up to me. They were warned about expectations/results at least five times.

His(custys) exact response, no lie. "Well, it's going to cost 15% of the price of new carpet to clean it. It's worth it to try". He was correct/I agree(even though I wanted to get done early). Much of it cleaned up better than I expected. One room looked horrible.
