Where's O-RINGs?

I took my hydro-force sprayer apart because it was acting up yesterday, (about 4 years old). I watched the video on how to replace the rebuild kit, and there were no o-rings. Could they have simply have fallen apart.

some brands of citrus solve will eat them. harvard's for example.

That would explain why it was acting up. And Yes, they could have easily disintegrated in 4 years.
