Why did you vote the way you did and what do you most appreciate about these sessions in general?

Any ideas for future guests in order of preference and why.
Any ideas on how to improve the format.

Thanks

This was tough. I enjoyed the Werner Braun interview because it was a truely HOT seat, but I enjoyed Jim's because it gave the most valuable technical information and advice.

May I have two votes, please?

Take care,
Lisa

I voted for Jim because he is a distributor.

Actually; because of the way he skillfully answered the technical questions.

I think Ken Snow was probably the best interview for the cleaner, because of his extensive marketing experience.

I copied some of his answers for a customer handout.

Yes it is very tough to pick one as all of them had their moments either in useful tech or marketing info or for entertainment value or general Industry info.

Hopefully we will get some suggestions too.

Definitely a toss up between Ken Snow & Jim Pemberton. How do you pick one? They were both awesome. That is not to take away from Mike Vernon in the slightest. All 3 were great. I was working during the others & missed them... I'd still like to see Professor Smiff on the hot seat.

I enjoyed the Ken Snow session...straight talk from a guy thats been there, done that, and is still Doing It!

Not to slight any of our other guests...2nd place would Have to be Gentleman Jim Pemberton...he's got cleaning in his Gene's...his Dad is a fine Trooper for education in our industry...

Mr vonbraun was a classic in avoiding meaningful answers to thorny questions!

Future guests to Have: Lisa Wagner for rug cleaning Q&A...Truckmount Lisa for Marketing ideas that really work...Wide-eyed Al Sims from Conneticutt for more creative marketing ideas that have worked for him...(What causes that creativity?)...Loren E for Q&A on developing a real Family business...I think everyone in his family cleans carpet and tile!

yea i wondered where a Jimmy vote was. least with that one i could read all the responses and they weren't over my head.

tho a couple were listed (Mike V and Thom F) that i didn't know had a hot seat. i will have to go back and read'em.

short attention span --- Derek.

Should be an interesting Interview hearing about Ken's conversion to being an all SOA Company.

The Jimmy Ladwig hot seat will be my all time favorite.
The guy has such raw intellect and insight its unbelievable.

Hopefully someday you can convince him to come back so he could again spew out his carpet cleaning vulgarities.

The other stick in the mud doofusses pale in comparison.

I vote Jimmy Ladwig as well.

Can the Werner Braun Hot Seat considered a Hot Seat? It was more like a game of dodgeball
