Does a 31/47 have enough vacuum for a 15" Zipper, or would a 13" work better?

Much obliged.

Should be fine. I use my 13 inch on a 45 and it's more than enough. When I use it my 47, I wish I had the bigger one.

plenty of vac but what's your heat like when heavy on the trigger, like you will be with a Zipper?

Thanks, Ron.

How would a 16" Evolution (with Green Glide) compare to a Zipper for large areas of commercial carpet? Which would be your choice for HWE cleaning?

I think I have plenty heat. Runs 220+ all day with exhaust diverter slightly cracked on a Mach 12.

The new 31hp Kawasaki runs 50 degrees hotter than the old Kohler. And have a new TII exhaust exchanger, plus coolant and blower exchangers.

Mike can’t make up his mind about the importance of heat.
Your machine will be fine running a 15 inch Zipper.
Even with the heat turned off.
(Don’t let him talk you into buying a used Vortex!)

I would prefer the Zipper. Once you get the hang of it, learning to manage the hoses, it's very quick. Being able to flush and vac in both directions really helps on heavily soiled carpets. If you are on the trigger to heavily, you can lose your hot water somewhat. I am using a CDS and a Cleanco. Works great on both.

I don't know. I have a huge cal-fire job today with beauty shop boy. It's his last day. I'm not sure if I'll use my Zipper SS or my CX15 today on the long hallways. Decisions Decisions. Maybe I'll encap

What are you laughing at?
I’d bet Mikeys last self promotion post that you get pedicures with your wife.

That's one thing I've never done is get a pedicure, but I've been very tempted, as its getting harder to reach those little pink bastards
I don't want anyone touching my feet or even my fingers nails. I can clip them when needed.

I don't get why you'd pay for someone to do what you can do yourself. 🤔
