White Magic has been purchased by Sapphire Scientific. This negotiate has been going on for a few weeks. Deal has just been announced publicly.

Regarding White Magic; I was informed of the details by a very ,very reliable source, the exact and confidential details of what was going to happen, and what eventually happened, as long as a 1 1/2 years ago. And, it was somewhat of a pathetic situation and a very unfortunate end for Paul Richardson and those associated with a firm that worked very hard for their customers.

The only thing I can offer would be to put all the above assumptions to rest because it goes a lot deeper than that.

SS did not buy the company or their piles of junk.

They MAY (may) buy the blueprints of the PTO and that is it.

The rest is just BS put out from desperate ex employees trying to save face.

How many machines were sold with full knowledge they they would not be able to offer a warranty or service?

I know of at least one here in Cali.



and to this day they are still lying to people abut who is buying what.



They should have offered stuff at cost on a close out with a full and honest explanation of what was going on.


Crooks.

At least the PTO owners will find some help down the road, hopefully.

I never said there was a press release. I did hear it mentioned publicly from someone directly involved. But I don't work for White Magic or SS, so I only know what I was told.

Since I don't have first hand knowledge, I will not comment any further.

Why would anyone expect service from the manufacturer? Do you mean parts? I would think they will be made available. At least I hope they are. Most parts are off the shelf.
