I can't recall having to remove whiteout from carpet before and now have someone asking if it can be done. I was thinking some PIG should take it out. Any other thoughts?
White out is titanium dioxide emulsified in a variety of solvents. You can have some success with rubbing alcohol, acetone or xylene products like good off. All of these products will delaminate the carpet. Dab on, scrape with a bone scraper, rinse and repeat. Very difficult to remove without doing damage.
