It's 15" wide and ad says it cleans 25% faster and also removes water faster due to improved design of the suction path.

Is this true?

Also, does it get under counter toe-kicks?

You can move at the same speed as a 12" spinner tool. 15" cleans a 25% wider path.

We can show you the videos of side by side water removal and drying compared to other tools.

Depends upon the particular toe kick, but it is a little lower than the SX-12 and the angle of the curved hood allows it to get under most obstacles better.

How do I break the factory seal to rebuild the trigger? Heat gun to loosen pipe glue? My SX-15 sprays without depressing handle. We have to shut off the ball valve to stop the flow.

Any thoughts?

Contact Anthony Black our repair and warranty guy. 800 660-5803 extension 247 (or maybe 2470 depending on when they put a new phone in his cubicle).

Mikey's got me thinking about getting a spinner. The only experience I have is with Mytee's P.O.S. spinner, so I sold it and bought a crappy tile wand. I never complained about the tile wand, because it edges just fine and gets under toe kicks with no problem. The extraction is just stupid ridiculous.

But I'm just curious about the extraction on the SX-15 compared to the TH-40. Is it just as good as the 12inch th-40?

The 15 is too big for Residential

I haven't tried the newest version of thev12 but I'll assume it recovers better than the th40.

No wonder you're so Spinner adverse, you had the mytee...lol
