I have tried that DSE, its junk IMO.. I was also told its releasit but branded by matrix. Can you say Bull****.

They removed it from the shelves for a while because of the terrible scent. Its back now, supposedly steamway makes it.

I doubt it. I have used both. Both are identical. Ask Merty.

I used Matrix's Finish First for years, and my dad before me and we LOVED it until...

They COMPLETELY changed the formula earlier this year and it blows now. I ran out of my old stock on the job and opened a 'New' jar and it stopped working all of a sudden on a NASTY job.

And just maybe the "New" plain label releasit is just SW's Mist&Brush put in a new bottle.

If it were the same as Releasit, you'd expect that it would perform like Releasit wouldn't you?

Releasit is OUR FORMULATION. Regardless of how we manufacture Releasit, it is our product exclusively.
We could be having it manufactured on the moon, it wouldn't change the fact that our formulas are the best.
The fact that Releasit performs as well as it does, bears testimony to our proprietary kick-butt formulations.

Let the pundits say what they will.

I have used quite a bit of the DS encap product from JonDon. Works ok as an op cleaning but not very well as a CRB or cimex type cleaning

it is better then the regular product but not as good as a vacaway or releasit product

you will also have a slight foam problem when you do HWE at a later date

Say what you want, can't doubt the effectiveness of Releasit, whenever someone sends me a new encap to try, my first question is Have you compared it to Releasit? Lower Pricing only pulls the suckers, the stuff has to perform, reputations are on the line.

It may have looked better, but mine was cleaner.

Finish First= Chemspec Formula 90

All Fiber Rinse= Prochem's All Fiber Rinse

Not sure about the others.. and haven't tried the ecapproduct yet.. But like Greenie said, pay more for a product that works well. In the long run as long as its doing what it says it will do, it will save ya money.
