Steamway used to sell a small leather accessory that held a pair of napping shears, a bone spatula and had a velcro patch and matching spotting bottle that fit on it. I used to carry solvent in it. Be nice to find one again like that.

I upped from a 5 gallon bucket with a few go to items to a organized tool bag which inludes
2 black hooks
4 gear ties
8 foam blocks
24 foil 3x3 tabs
door stop
Quart bottles : 1. Defoamer. 2. Spotter. 3. Spotter
Smaller flip top bottle of solvent
rust remover
Hair Scraper tool
non penetrating moisture meter
fabric shaver (with spare battery)
bone knife
Spatula
wetsuit doyle
wrap for brass
caps for bottom of legs of upholstery table (no moe tennis ball)
Glide for the PMF 1530 or 1530 dbl
Clean microfiber
Duckbill scissors

With remote on belt loop, I try not to need any other items so I dont need to go to the truck.

And the kicker is, the tool bag is less of a footprint than the 5 gallon bucket. The bag is placed on a neoprene mat. Every item must be returned when finishing the task, every time. It was more of a stress reliever move. I hate chasing things and looking for things unless Im in the woods.

I pack a tool kit into every job very similar to what Mike J uses. The way I see it there is a minimum of items I’ll need on every job, terry towels, hose hook/bungi, quite often a high traffic spotter. The rest of the things less often used but a pita to be running back out to the truck are on Mike’s list. Nice to have it when you need it.

When you getb your CRB, add a roll of sticky tabs.
