Unfortunately it appears we will be at some point in time. :errf:

4-6 inches of rain expected Saturday through Sunday. Man the sun don’t shine on the same dogs ass everyday but we ain’t seen a ray of light on a Holiday yet.

Happy Fourth ya’ll! : (

I just had a guy call me up because he had a rental house that was going to be empty and the tenant hadn't cleaned the carpets and could I do it Saturday (which is part of our long weekend) because he was referred by a good customer I said I would do it on Saturday. 5-bedrooms, hallway, stairs for $250.00. He says great and text's me the info. As I am eating in the local pub, enjoying a cold one, he calls me back and says his wife has found someone $30.oo cheaper. I tell him he should go with the cheaper one and presto, I don't have to work Saturday after all. I still have a few rugs to deliver, but I am going canoeing after that.

I don't even begin to "work for a living", but I'll be doing volunteer work for the Western Pennsyvania Conservancy on Saturday. I will probably clean the carpet and tile in my house Sunday or Monday to remind myself what its like to really work for a living.
