Why Phoenix, and not the Liberty?

As I understand it, you can add weight to the Liberty, would this not make it more versatile?

Mike, I’m pulling the trigger on one of these machines in the next 2 weeks, and would REALLY like you
To help me with my decision...
I can purchase the Phoenix, OR the Liberty machine.
Why one over the other?
You can purchase the Liberty, which is able to add an extra 45 lbs...
Or the Phoenix, with no weight kit...
Simple.

Ill guess that the weight bracket is the only difference and its only there for stone resurfacing

Which would be a good thing, right? Why not get a more versatile machine?
If I wanted to do stone resurfacing, it would be there for me... instead of investing into ANOTHER machine...
