I got this request this morning to restore this floor without sanding.

Wont that scratch the floor? Its pretty abrasive.
The maroon pads won't scratch the wood if it has a finish on it. They're made to scuff up the current finish on it so the new finish will attach to it

Good gosh, how can anything hurt that🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m sure stripper wouldn’t hurt it. Who says get glue off without sanding. A sanding screen would be best in my opinion. No wait, a drum sander would be best.

I would do a 1 ft X 1ft test on a bad spot with floor stripper and a red pad by hand to start. Have your wet vac ready to do a quick pick up. The floor has a finish so I think your OK with stripper or water sitting on it. The wet vac gives you control to try stripper, just water or some neutral cleaner, It might be soap buildup. Just do a couple of small test patches and it might surprise you and clean up nicely. But charge a lot because you will be the hero or you could have to do a lot of hard work.
