Winter marketing

Do you hold back on residential marketing (new aquisition) in the winter months?

Offer other services to residential (uph. area rug and other specialties)?

Concentrate more on commercial marketing?.

I take it snowy states may be diferrent then the warmer ones for residential.

I got about 20-30k worth of junk to sell on there..Now I just need to get in the mood to get it ready to list.



While the seeds are growing, work on flyers, news letters, and the mid Feb. sale.
