Fire Damage work authorization forms. I have one that is way to generic and another that I had my lawyer draw up for me on a big commercial loss. I dont care for either. Anybody care to share theres?

Ours are simple, we spent some big bucks for new water and sewage ones but it's almost ridiculous the length and what you're signing (or not signing), so we're still using the simple.

Simple and generic may work the best, mine is long and several pages for custy to read and sign

Exactly....I think we scared one off with the long one. They think there signing there life away.
