Mark Saiger
Mr Happy!
Had the most crummy morning in the longest time...
Just all events that took place were a challenge....
and I need to work on not making my wife part of my sounding board of disappointment.
'
Today first job for me, some of the most disgusting upholstery (the spots were just from the dogs laying on them....NOT!)
Customers said " your wife said something like $170 for the couch and love seat

Well, I should learn that customers can try to take advantage of you...and drive a wedge between you and the person answering and taking the work orders....well, we had a number of mistakes this morning in the schedule....missing phone numbers, incorrect addresses....it was just a nightmare of complications, and I knew with what I saw, my wife must have been preoccupied....taking care of the grandsons.....
Anyway....as the day progressed and we got through the morning of solicitors calling my cell phone and me thinking my wife must have all the calls coming to me.....and it was not true.....
Anyway, I need to learn to settle down and not shoot the messenger so to say....
Those couches....well, I probably lost my shorts on them....well, hell....everything else was hiding in them!
I was fine until I pulled out the used tampon that the dogs had hid in it

Anyway, I struggle sometimes to keep my cool....and today, every button was pushed!
But thankfully my great wife, I was able to understand what she goes through in a day taking care of the grandsons and making sure we are all doing as well as possible.
So....it was just a heck of a day....and we survived...but I can't stress how much I was pushed!
But the best thing....I came home and my grandsons kept me young! 1.5 hours of swing and slide time with Logan the 2.5 year old....30 minutes of grab grandpas hand and hug it from Blake our 9 week old....
I figured out today, that I would have just come home, showered and found some food and been a vegetable in the chair....
Instead, I had great connection with my family and went to the lake to look at boats on the lake and fish....
I am more than blessed and fortunate.... and @Meg Burdick....you were following me and you were correct....I am a lucky man!
Me and Logan at the dock tonight
.
Some of the most challenging moments this week.... was ok until pulled out the used Tampon the dogs had buried in the couch....and if I got one more solicitor call on my cell phone....really wanted to come through the phone....
BAM....TAKE THAT YOU......
