Working Vacation in Florida

A friend of ours maintains a condominium in Florida on the beach. He has asked if we would come down and do some carpet cleaning in the building. Maybe 4-5 partial days of work. We are from NY. Do any of you know If there are any legal issues I should be aware of before agreeing to it? Liscensing, insurances, etc.

Thanks. Lido Beach. Deal comes with free place to stay beachfront in addition to paying customers. So it’s tempting when snow is flying in February

If you want to see very big alligators very near there is Myakka State Park. My kids like to stay at that beach.

There are usually maximum amounts per invoice or per customer before you need to go through all the paperwork. Call them up and ask. Tell them the situation.
