How many have and how much? Here we 7 % and its manditory for employees.

No here, it is not mandatory until you hit the three employee number.
Have worked for a few GC's that require it or waive it.
My bill to have it will be 7.3 per 100 payroll per my agent.


I don't know if you have employees or not. If you do it looks like you need it.
If it is just you the sole proprietor then you do not need it:

It’s not required for O/O here or employees till you hit 20K a year in payroll. I plan on picking it up as soon as I hire help. It’s not the most dangerous work but, burns, slip & falls ect do happen.
