We're slammed busy but its mostly restoration work although we already got one coupon back from the postcards we sent out last week.
Count be tax season has them slowed????

It's taking a lot more work this year to get the phone to ring like it should. I think it will turn for us, but along with warm weather, it's late in arriving.

Every time I go to check to make sure the phone is still working another Solicitor calls and reminds me it is.

Our weather seemed to break as of Monday. We took about 250 inbound calls. Not great, but at least the phone volume is picking up.

Of those 250 calls did any of them request low moisture or pad cleaning?

We're slow here too. It IS picking up slowly though, mostly with apartments and a little commercial work. The homeowners are waiting until they KNOW Winter is over.

Two more, one a walkin dropping rugs and booked duct cleaning the other called in and booked ducts also.

One of the calls booked out to June 13th. They figured maybe the snow would be done by then...
I honestly thought they were kidding about the day, so I really politely made sure I double checked their request!
