When putting the website address on the following, do you need the WWW. before it?

Radio
TV (Spoken)
TV (Written on Screen.)
Business Cards
Direct Mail
Vehicles
Invoices
Brochures

?

Do you always put WWW.awebsite.com or is it okay to just put AwebSite.com?

You do not need to include the www. But make sure you have a permanent 301 redirect to point to one or the other so your page ranking is not weakened. Normally you would point to the www.

because I like the www. The question was do you have to.

In my print I often put my email next to or near the web address.

I cater to the dummies.

Let me rephrase. (I guess I need to cater to dummies)

Should I put the www. in front of my web address when placing my web address on the following mediums:

Radio
TV (Spoken)
TV (Written on Screen.)
Business Cards
Direct Mail
Vehicles
Invoices
Brochures

Thank you.

Id say yes, unless you were using it is a sentence.

Live, visit my website at Mikeysboard.com

But on an add, or publication.
I'd use www.
