In the event they have lightly soiled carpets and need it dry quick, is the only time I'd ever consider not pre-spraying.... That's like taking a shower without the soap.... Yikes..... I think my OCD would kick in....

I just like putting the boots to the prespray only/fresh water rinse crowd. Imagine what they leave behind.

I like prespraying with extreme and rinsing with plus powder. Having some cleaning solution in your rinse provides a little extra punch, as long you don't overdo it. Does not leave any sticky residue.

How many gallons of water per room? How hot was your water? One wet stroke two dry? 300psi? 8 flow?

2 wet 2 dry 300 psi cat pump dual 5.7 vacs in parallel (custom manifold- top secret:winky:) 3200 watts electric heat aw 29 3 flow 35 feet pressure and vacuum 25ish gallons of water 10 ounces procyon 32 ounce olefin 2 hours drive up to drive away $250 and high praise from the manager. Done at 9 move in was at 5 the carpets were bone dry according to the manager. Anything else ? :biggrin:

Yes it would have gone faster with a prespray and a scrub but this proves a point about using a good rinse product.
