Just finishing up with a pretty decent size sewage loss of around 1500 sq ft in a residential basement. With Xactimate do I charge WTR EXTS for the extraction and use WTRLAB for the hourly technican or pricing for the extraction only?

Your labor rate is already built into the sf price.
Do charge LAB for any and all other things possible.
