Year end numbers

Last year was around $149,000 this year $163,000 ish.$20,000 in labor but still feel like we did all the work or most anyway.
Lost a 20 grand account a couple months ago so this year we may be flat or even go backward. I'm too tired to care.
December was horrible half of normal. Little over 7 instead of 15.

One good employee and we could really grow. I get so burned out physically now I want to do less not more. Thinking about scaling back more.

Hope everyone is having as much success as we feel we are.
