Yellowing on VCT tile

I know the first thing that you guys are thinking is a bad wax. This is a newer kind of VCT that isn't made for wax. It's a satin type of design and it's only made to be cleaned. They told me that they think it's something in the cleaner.

On the chemistry side of this...what would be in the cleaner to cause it to yellow and is it removable?

any pics and specs of vct?
If the detergent is the problem you'd expect it to be uniform across the floor, is it?

if it doesn't need a finish I'd say it's most likely lvt not vct

The dummies are using bleach.
Cheap bleach.
or they are using detergent constantly in the scrubber.
I run a cycle of detergent 1 night then 2 nights just water 20180519_204318.jpg

Judging by the pictures I'd say you're in over your head..
Oh no. I’m not gonna fix it. I was cleaning their carpet tiles at the entrance. Just like Walmart. I was just curios

If its a detergent buildup it just needs to be scrubbed and neutralised or freshwater rinsed, but bleach can cause permanent damage to vinyl

I dont see yellowing in the picture. If it's in specific places I'd say plasticized migration from rubber mats and such, but if its everywhere then I have no idea.
