This is funny as hell. When you see my profile on the main page it shows just a snippet of the review done by one of my customers.
This is how the review reads...when read in full.

I've used Brian's services several times. I'm very particular about who I let in my house. Whether its Brian, or one of his employees they are always very professional & courteous. I had other cleaners show up looking like they belonged in a a heavy metal band.
We have pets & kids, and our carpets take a beating, but look and feel like new. The other thing is when he's done the carpets don't feel crunchy when you walk on it.
