Yes I street appraise.

Rolled up on 1st job today. New client, she booked online, never talked to her, once she booked we exchanged one email.

Address puts the house in a pretty good hood.

I roll, up...

1st thing I notice, Christmas tree lights still up, and a few scattered yard decorations.

Knock on door, she invites me in, sitting on a table near the door a halloween bowl 1/3 full of candy.

I won't go into other details of the job.

But I was right before I knocked on the door.. The house would be a cluttered mess.

Glad she only wanted traffic areas.

Next job was a 3 bedroom apartment.
The guy was moving out and he got my number from his house cleaner dong his move out clean..

All I have to say is, if the building backs up to the cities waste water treatment plant it has got to be low rent district.

3rd and 4th job were easy breezy sweet like a rose jobs.

The building new the sewer treatment plant I kept a close eye on the van.

Looked liked a place that gets busy on a Friday night.. Yeah know.. those that like to party.. I'm sure the tenants hate under ground power, no place to hand their shoes..

The 1st job is a really nice neighborhood..

As for heat.. I have a carry permit and a few nice hand guns.

My GF takes her women's only firearms defence class in June.
After that I'll be looking to buy her a sweet little revolver.

if so, and they're all set up same/similar , it's a WONDERFUL program .
They learn the manual of arms and shoot all the common weapons platforms
Revolvers, pistols , shotguns and rifles

the girls here get to shoot a FULL AUTO Uzi too!!!...how cool is that??

When I went shooting with John and Lora, they had a full auto uzi there at the indoor range, if I remember right it was 9mm. We were allowed to shoot it in 5-7 round bursts. A clip went pretty fast with that thing. :mrgreen:
