I think that is a pretty awesome idea really.

You really have to pick enthusiastic Custys but none the less a great idea.

As long as you put them on your website (or youtube I suppose) under a testimonial area so that people know that it is a real customer it should work out fine.

Once again, you really have to pick custys that will rise to the occasion.
