Mine says Owner/Operator. I am a one man, one van. I use the fact that I am an owner/operator as part of our marketing. Gives customers an expectation that the best job will be done since the owner is also on the job.

Supreme Commander. I'll add "Mega" next time I need cards. The techs cards all say Special Adjutant to the Supreme Commander.


No really, it is nice to have cards with no title. I can't count how many times I've been able to be a super-helpful tech and impressed the heck out of a customer that would have shrugged about a manager doing the same job. Just higher expectations from the title.
