Bid a move-in cleaning today. They were taking out the well kittified carpet.

Thought you'd enjoy seeing what three cats can do when they apply themselves. Keep it in mind...

I have been wrongly thinking little pee spots were not a big deal. Compared to this one, same house. But live and learn.

Bet that one smells great...... Hate the smell of cat pee..... I did one not long ago, was a rental for a really good client. She owns about a dozen places. It smelled so bad, after the inspection, I put on my vapour mask to clean it. I could feel the ammonia burning my eyes. Some people, go figure.......

I hate it when I can taste it in the air. I feel it on my lips and taste it hours later. Sometimes just from walking in and out.

Cat pee is nasty.

Gotta feel sorry for the neighbors as you fill the neighborhood with the urine smell as you clean the house. Warm pee pee is even better than stale pee pee.

My aunt and uncle had 29 cats at one time. They had no children and the cats were their "babies". They had a sprawling ranch with a lower level walkout in suburban D.C. In the walkout, they installed a pet door so the cats could come and go as they pleased. The house was a disaster!! You could even smell the urine just walking up to their house.

When my aunt passed away, my uncle worked at finding homes for the cats but still had 15 of them when he too passed away about 2 years later. My dad was executor of the estate and it cost him over $25.000 to clean up the house and ready it for sale.
