After previously cleaning on and off for over 15 years I've decided to clean again part time near the area I live and I'm trying to decide what equipment to get that's a "must have"

I've decided to get either a CRB machine and a 4 jet wand or a Rotovac 360 XL with carpet and tile/grout head attachment.

If you had to pick one of these combos to do both carpet and tile which one would you choose?

Previously I had a wands for both carpet and hard surface and a 15" buffer with solution tank. I have no issue going with that setup again, but I was trying to simplify my tools this time and carry less items to keep things neater in my truck.

Would love to hear your feedback :)

4 jet wand for sure...The best are the Sapphire Titanium 12 and 14, PMF Mach 12 or 15 or the new kid on the block, the Devastator 14 ...all are $$ but worth it.

RV360i with a brush head and the pad driver

CRB, 10 or 15, and not the Chinese pos.

Spinner tool, either the SX12 or the Turbo Hybrid

those are Must Haves.

ok great thanks for the info. so you think the rotovac attachment for tile floors won't
do a good job?

also i won't be able to get all this at once so i have to pick something i can get by with
for tile and carpet until i can afford the better tools.

no, the RV tile stuff is a goofy low pressure compromise.

Im not sure what to tell you Bobby

That is sort of like saying I want to open a bakery but can't afford the oven so what do you recommend?

I guess I have to recommend a good low interest Visa card.

I'm sorry, I dont mean to come off as snooty and pushing pricey stuff from our advertisers, but if you want cheap crap that last six months at best, ask Rob Allen what to buy

i have 25k credit line but as i mentioned i'm just cleaning part time. maybe 1 or 2 jobs per day max.

don't want to end up with 15k in equipment and then take too long to get my investment back

i'm not disagreeing with you on the tool choices. i love all the latest and greatest as much as the
next guy but i would like to come in at around 10k total and then add some of the other tools
once i've gotten some good cleaning under my belt

looks like i may just go with my previous setup which was a 15" buffer, 4 jet carpet wand and high
pressure tile wand, then add the CRB and a Rotovac a bit later

thanks for the feedback on the tool choices. it helps a lot!

Looks like your in Texas give Cobb supply Larry carries most of what you would need; and is very helpful.

Yes I ended up getting about 5k worth of stuff from Cobb and the machine from relia built TM in colorado. a 16hp w/33 blower

I'm mounting the machine to a cart so I can push it to the door for hose runs longer than 100'
