So. Last job yesterday. Easy small office carpet yes? Hahaha. Famous last words. 450 sq ft of olefin office Berber with 2 polypropylene thin area rugs with the sisal look. All over 10 years old.

Oh did I mention it was a massage therapy business?

At this point I really don't have to continue. But long story short I through everything I had in the van at it. Crb? Check. Olefin ps? Check. Flex with citrus? Check. Bio break? Check. Alkaline and acid rinses? Check. Hammer and chisel? Check check.

Improvement? Yes. But in the end I gathered up my tools, collected my discounted check, wiped my tears and sweat and limped home.

You win this time olefin! But I'll be back. I'll be back.......when you've transgendered into Vinyl!!!!

No pictures. Just want to forget. Lol. Massage oil spills and asphalt trafficking. 10 years worth. And Portable cleaning attempts in the past years tenant. And the tenant said it was bad ten years ago when he moved in. So it was a last ditch effort to try and clean it before Replacing.

Just keep in mind people sometimes carpet just gets to a point were it really isn't cleanable anymore. But but being the professionals we are we always want to believe otherwise.

Why "discounted" check?
You worked your azz off
under promise, over deliver

and a heavy rotary scrubber is far superior at shearing soil than any CRB.
and bad olie/poly is one place where the ability to make 240 temp solution makes a sizable difference

all that aside, I'm still not sure why you felt obliged to discount
(unless you assured results you couldn't deliver)

Not really discounted. I just took the small area rugs off the bill. He just wanted to replace them so i tried cleaning a small area on them first. They were cheap and bad so.

And I have a 175 and brush head. No advantage on this job. . Also I have an Everest and was the pegging the temp at 240. I could swear I heard giggles from the floor. Sometimes it is what it is.

I have found sometimes removing the glide and Really slowing down helps.
Try it you may find rinse and flush is better. since the fibers seem to separate and go into the Vac Slot.
