Just got this work order for this place. About 900 sq ft and it’s going to be a pretty good payday. They all can’t be fancy mansions. :). After deodorizing, Cleaning, and urine work I’ll probably average about $0.55 per sq ft. If this were not a property management company customer it would be a lot more.

After pics too please.
Puts extra pee in the easy peezy.
Here ya go Lee. Crappy Olefin, I can’t clean out wear marks.

I’ll go back tomorrow morning and make sure there is no wicking. If there is I’ll hit it with the Orbot real quick.

I like jobs like that. As long as they’re empty and no dog turds laying about.

I’d take a watering can of 40 v and soak all those pee spots. Then I’d pretreat with Saiger Sauce or Maxx Powder ( whatever my hand grabs first). I’d extract with my RV on the way in and wand my way out.

.55 would be plenty

Yes, video after. I want to see it.

I soaked all the urine spots with Pureforce EOC-X2 and presprayed the carpet with Pureforce-CitrusForce because of the enzymes. I then cranked up the acid rinse to 6-GPH and added 4 cups of SaigerCide into the rinse. Sorry, no after video. I didn't want to go back and make foot prints over my pretty wand marks.

Yeah, dog turds are a party killer.

You didn't give the enzymes enough time to dwell.

And the enzymes in the powder prespray are for organic oils (restaurant oil) not urine. You need to rethink your process.

You said you cleaned it with Citrus Force(powder enzyme). And the liquid EOC is for ODOR, not stains.

I still see a ton of spots. Why didn't you use Marty's method or pretreating with an acid based?

Once again, EOC-X2....Did I say EOC? Nope, I sure didn't.

Really, that capet should be replaced. The seams were coming apart and the transitions were all worn out. Heavy wear marks and above and beyond urine contamination. But not every landlord can afford new carpet. Hell, you saw in the video, I almost fell through the floor. So, I do what I can within the parameters provided.

Did a job this afternoon. Dog had diarrhea. Treated with pet zone through a watering can. Let dwell 20 minutes and extracted. Came up no problem.
