I'm looking at TMs for T&G cleaning. I know heat will be lacking with the small machines but the heat exchangers can handle 2500psi. Will a 33 blower be able to keep up with a turbo hybrid?
It's not so much the suction, can the water pump handle 900-1500 psi? You could always add a little giant heater, if you want a flame thrower.....I'm looking at TMs for T&G cleaning. I blew the seals on my water pump on my old TM doing T&G..... And I had it set @ 950.....It's not so much the suction, can the water pump handle 900-1500 psi? You could always add a little giant heater, if you want a flame thrower.....
You will be fine for T&G then.......AR Plunger 2500psi 3gpm
That's why I recomended a little giant...A 33 and hx?
I'll assume a 20hp or less motor.
You'll be cleaning with cold water if you lay into the spinner
It's easy to feed the hx with hot tap water.I wouldn't clean @2500 psi. I use a CRB to scrub first and rinse around 900psi.
Just using the HX, the water will be warm at best.
This summer I plan on replacing my 5/8" garden hose with the 3/8" air hose so I can hold more. I currently have 125' on the reel. How much more do you think I'll be able to squeeze on it with the 3/8?3/8" air hose works fine.
It isn'tI saw a new hose at Lowe's I want to try. It's a fiber mesh over the vinyl. It collapses for space saving. Looks like a good hose.
