For some companies a $1000 + carpet/upholstery/tile cleaning job happens many times a week, for others, almost never.

Coastal communities typically produce more whoppers then fly over zones but there are exceptions I'm sure.


I'd say we get one or two a week, these two are nice considering no tile was involved..

I get them periodically, but not as regularly as I'd like. $600 days are more common.

1000.00 from one residential job is all but unheard of in the Midwest.
Bigger commercial jobs are where the big tickets come from here.
I don’t care about average ticket as much as the daily average.

people here are so use to paying outrageous prices for just about anything.

They are also too used to crappy work and even crappy customer service.


So MANY will pay plenty for an outstanding experience.

3-4 a month, more if air duct cleaning counts in the mix, although like Ron, $600.00 is much more common.

It adds up fast in bigger homes and they use multiple services, carpet, t&g, upholstery and area rugs, air ducts.
