I just bought a house for 10k LOL. So I would probably buy another.

2bdr 1 bath around 900 sq ft on a 4000 sq ft lot.

I will rent out for 375 a month netting around 30% a year on my money after expenses


This is my retirement plan. buy 3 properties a year for the next 10 years. Average rent 500 plus a month 80% occupancy rate grosses 12gs a month and should net 9 g's after expenses
