I landed our community/ seniors center..

12,000 feet, maybe 2000 plus steps need HWE.
They will pre vacuum and move everything.

Most large areas.
How long would you guess it would take me to do the vlm portion solo?

That don't sound right, 12,000 F2 = about 1,111 M2

Open area?? About 6 hours, depending on furniture, cubicles, etc;

:yoda:

Even with two passes?

It's in very good shape.

The only visibly soiled areas will be Zippered.. three years old now and never cleaned.

The interior Google Earth cam is coming and they want it looking great

Including stopping for filling?
Yes.

Buy (5-6) 6-gallon containers at Walmart. They have them in the camping section. Fill them up, place them in strategic positions so you can refill with them.

It saves you refilling time which is often slow. If you don't care to cart in the water then buy a convenience so you can refill direct from the mop sink.

Yes we normally clean with two passes even with moderate soil. The first to lay it down, the second to agitate it in (grind shampoo in for Jimmy)

Dude
It ain't rocket science
I know it isn't, but the little tricks that'll save s lot of time in the job is what I want to learn.

It don't matter anyway, because I probably won't get into anyway. I've tried so hard to get some cimexing type cleaning around my area. It's rediculous.

We had 144 steps to do. 2 sets of 72 . We used the Padson on one set the other we steamed with the long handle stair tool.

Both guys said it sucked. :biggrin:

I thought the guy that padded would say it was easier but he didn't. :neutral:

@Wandslinger MiKey SWAGed it!

Bigger question is you knowing nothing about VLM according to Facebook Foes.

What makes you think this scientific method which requires a degree in science
Is something you could manage?

Because the intricacies of applying chemical and scrubbing is so scientific.

inconceivable.
