2 Car Garage Rug/Shop

I'm expanding my business and found a nice large & detached 2 car garage with 2 offices separate entrance in a SFH. The office has wood floors and built in shelves, windows, etc. The garage itself has a concrete slab and some built in shelves in the back portion.

I'm going to use a small portion to store equipment, but I also wanted to use it to clean area rugs (perhaps even have clients drop it off). Wanted to get some ideas (and pics) of people who have or are currently doing the same w/ their 2+ car garage. The walls are currently all dry walled and painted white.

Any help would be appreciated.

Congrats Bill sounds like things are going well for you, all that hard work is paying off for you.
