Does any body give a discount for cash? Say like 5% off of the bill for cash. Last year almost every body wrote checks. I would like to get more people to pay with cash.

Cash and credit cards give peace of mind over checks!
My check policy on residential is no move outs or vacants! unless its a property manager I know.
other then that cash or charge to prevent bad checks!
Went to a house years ago with a out of the area check prewritten when I said I could only take cash or a check with the current address they asked how much was it again quoted the price written in the check and they said thats too much please leave!

If you take credit cards, you can reduce by the percentage your credit card company charges you.
