Bentley wrench

I've heard that the Bentley's swivel can be tightened to the point of locking. I've taken mine apart, regreased it and found that the brass nut only holds the swivel together and attaches it to the tube. The supplied wrench only fits the male end of the swivel that attaches to the cleaning head. My swivel is very loose and even has some play in it. How is the swivel able to be tightened as some have mentioned? I installed a 2" o-ring to the end of the male part of the swivel to tighten up the action but this will be worn out fast. So far the o-ring has taken out the gimpyness. It still swivels but some force is needed to return the wand straight. This feature is very useful but, to me, if it's too loose, it is annoying and hard on the wrists as you wrestle keeping it straight.
