If it has a Briggs on it, it could be the solenoid... probably is.

It could also be a loose or corroded battery connection...

thanks Larry and Duane, sorry should have been more specific, its on the van motor (350 chev. w/ Hydrabastard CDS). Anyway, local shop picked it up at 10:45 and I was back on the road by 1.
