I've been using Final Answer for years but was thinking about upgrading to Cha Ching. Any thoughts?

Neat program. Call Steve & get the 30 day trial version. If you decide its for you... You don't lose any of the information you've put in. If you decide it's not... It was free so it's no loss.

I have it, and like it ok. It's not anything more, for me, that a way to keep up with customer activities. I may not even be using it correctly, in other words, I may not be using it to it's fullest. I wanted a program that I can use to do everything ... billing, payables, customer information management, etc. I'm using Quick Books Pro now, and it will do all of that, but it's not as easily accessed as Cha-Ching.

For awhile, I tried keeping all my customer info. in Cha-Ching, and in Quick Books, too, but that grew to be too time consuming.
