Are you certain a water only rinse "rinses out everything"?

I'm certain water only does not rinse out d'limolene...at all

My understanding is that delimo is very hard to rinse off of oil loving fabrics like olefin.

And water alone as a rinsing agent, leaves plenty to be desired. Unless the pre-spray is particularly designed to be rinsed with water alone. Which is likely to exclude certain solvents etc.
